Today is Happy National Scrapbooking Day! Did you celebrate? I’m not scrapping today, but I thought I would show you a couple pages I have done in the past.
Above is a double page spread I created while taking a beginner scrapbooking class. THIS, peeps, is your other blogger here — Sam at 7-8 months old. We had some great times at this little wading pool!
Not to leave my other daughter out — Becca would not let me hear the end of it ;)
I did this at an all day crop, long before I knew what cropping was all about! Now that I know, I don’t go to them ;) This one still needs some things added to it, I realize now.
This is my hubby’s Aunt Lene, a wonderful lady who eventually asked me to let Becca taste the popsicle. NOT what my little one was expecting haha! I was on a 2 year hunt for just the right orange popsicle embellishment for this layout.
My friends from JoAnn who unpacked freight would clue me in when something new with popsicles came in — that’s friendship! Eventually I embossed some stickers after finding orange embossing powder!
More details of the first one…
Some of my trickiness, because I always have WAY too many words for reasonable journaling LOL!
This is almost the entirety of my actual official “Scrapbook Page” repertoire! I usually just play with paper, make cards, play with paper… you get the idea? But I had fun doing these and plan to do many more!
Happy Scrapping!
