Seriously. Fan Girl. She doesn’t know it… but Maria, from Two Peas & Their Pod, is like my recipe guru.
I find these recipes on Pinterest and fall in love with them… and then I click through and I’m back at her blog AGAIN.
and AGAIN.
and AGAIN.
And every time I make her recipes they are fan-freakin-tastic!
Cookies, pretzel bites, zucchini nachos, coconut crusted french toast… etc…
In fact, I’ve made so many of her recipes, she has my absolute trust as far as knowing that if a recipe sounds good to me, it is probably going to taste good to me too.
I used to test recipes before I shared them with people, but if I found the recipe on Two Peas, then I know it’s already been tested for me. For example, I made four batches of her Brown Sugar Toffee Cookies for a cookie exchange last week with absolutely no backup plan (and no time to make one) if they failed… they, of course, did not fail. They were an absolute success… in fact when hubby tried one fresh out of the oven, I believe the word he used was “magical.” I wish I could have taken all the credit. ;)
