Or I should say… Seeds and Basil and Bread, OH YES!!! Yes, yes, YES!!!
This bread is SO good. And I mean, hard-not-to-eat-it-all-even-though-recipe-made-six-mini-loaves kind of good.
Especially right out of the oven…
And especially with some butter slathered on a slice!
Oh, and then the next day cut one of those mini loaves into two flat slices and make a BLT+Fried Egg Sandwich for dinner. And yeah… Heaven. Hearty Heaven.
I’m SO excited I have four more loaves of this in the freezer. This would be good as a side, as a hearty sandwich, I’m even thinking you could make some sort of pizza on it… would be a thick crust, but delicious!
