Festive Food on this Fourth of July

I know I’m a little late to the party with this Independence Day post — that’s because my party is a little late in the day! 

My mom really likes the potato salad to be paprika’d, so I not only paprika’d it, I petunia’d it as well. Same petunia I used this morning in another of my series of morning coffee celebration posts… Good Morning, Coffee: Celebrate!  Hmm, Paprika’d and Pentunia’d Potato Salad!

I like to be sure to get out and use those holiday themed serving dishes I love to buy! The little wavy melamine set of condiment servers has come in so handy, and all the little ones fit inside the big one. Eat your veggies!

And you’ll be seeing this raspberry cheesecake concoction soon here on the blog — it is SO fast and easy! Keep a look out!
