I think Sam’s “Happy Colors” blog color-scheme change yesterday is so fun! We are on the same wavelength when it comes to spring color this year! When I chose this picture to use today, I didn’t realize it was almost a perfect match :)

Lots of yummy flavors and textures, including radishes, in this avocado-dressed veg and fruit mixture. Although this recipe is from two years ago, it suits me just fine this year. Gorgeous radishes — those spicy little red spheres that only the older generations ate — have finally found their place in my kitchen.
