I mentioned in this previous post that I was invited to be a part of a Christmas Card and Tag Exchange! Hubby’s Aunt is also a part of it and this last weekend I got to go play paper with her all weekend (while hubby and his uncle fished and hunted)! We had a lot of fun, and I actually managed to finish all of my 12 sets of cards and tags! Here is a glimpse into my process of embossing and layering and decision-making…
The tags did not have to match, but I was already in the mindset for this color scheme so I chose to make them match! Plus it was a fun way to try to use my scraps leftover from the cards!
For once I was actually able to get a whole project done in one weekend! Hubby’s aunt finished her cards too… very different from mine, but that is what is SO fun about a card exchange!
I can’t wait to see all the other 10 cards! I’m sure everybody has a different style or technique that will be fun to learn from! I’ll give you a peek once the exchange is complete!
